Adventist Christian School Admission Process:

Schedule a school tour. We want for you and your child to get to know us.
Complete the Student Application.
Schedule a testing date. The testing process is designed to assess your child’s readiness to attend Adventist Christian School. You will schedule this date with the principal once you have completed the application.
Submit one copy of your most recent report card.
Provide a current copy of your IEP/504 Plan/Evaluation (if applicable)
Provide most current standardized test scores.
Transcripts from current or most recent school. A record of behavior from the transferring school is required to be considered for admission.
Schedule a student and parent/guardian meeting to discuss test results and placement. If the child is in an academic level that the school cannot help, admission to the school will be denied.

Adventist Christian School reserves the right to deny admission to any individual who cannot benefit from enrollment based on past academic achievement, behavior or current testing results.

Registration fees cover student's insurance, textbooks, and admission fees. This is an annual,
non-refundable fee.
Technology fees cover equipment updates, educational subscriptions, and the parent/student alert system. This is an annual, non-refundable fee.
Graduation fees for Kindergarten are $60 and for 8th grade are $80. These fees will be charged at the end of the year.
High school fees will be required no later than first day of attendance and work/community service hours are required each week as part of the curriculum.
Each family will be required to volunteer at the school for 10 hours during the year per attending child. A $150.00 fee per student will be applied if this requirement is not met.
Monthly tuition payments may be made by check, cash, CashApp, or debit/credit through our website.

Tuition Discounts

5% discount for yearly tuition prepaid in full by August 15
2% discount for tuition prepaid by semester – due by August 15 and January 15
10% discount for active military and veterans with proof of service
*No prepaid discounts if scholarships are awarded

Family Tuition Discounts

When two or more children from the same family are enrolled, the following discounts will apply:

The second child will receive 10% off tuition ($5,400/year)
The third child will receive 15% off tuition ($5,100/year)
The fourth child will receive 20% off tuition ($4,800/year)
No discount is given to the first child (the oldest child is considered the first child)

Miscellaneous

Information regarding the cost of field trips, pizza and after school programs will be provided as they occur. All other elective fees are available by request.

Scholarship Assistance

Families seeking scholarship assistance must complete an application form by July 15, 2024 to be examined by the Scholarship Assistance Committee. Contact office for more information.
