About this Strategic Plan

This Strategic Plan is organized in two complementary parts. Part I outlines the school’s strategic direction, including its goals, objectives, and action plans. Part II provides an Implementation Roadmap that explains how the plan will be carried out over time through a phased, capacity-aware approach.

The phased structure is intended to guide focus and pacing. While specific initiatives are introduced at different points in the plan, the school’s core commitments, including academic excellence, remain continuous throughout the plan period.

As with any multi-year plan, minor adjustments to timing or sequencing may be made during implementation to respond to changing circumstances, while remaining faithful to the approved goals, objectives, and overall strategic intent.
